The founder and principal of GGA Construction is Dean Pontzious. A veteran of the construction industry, a native Bay Arean, Dean has worked in commercial construction and residential construction since the early 1970's. Having successfully managed many commercial construction projects, including high tech, schools, hospitals, retail and manufacturing, Dean now focuses on his passion of residential work.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and four year apprentice training as a carpenter, Dean has the academic and pragmatic experience necessary to successfully guide your project. Dean holds two patents for tools he designed and also is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
